How we use AI

These tools can help reduce the risk of overlooking qualified candidates as well as reduce the risk of hiring poor-fit candidates. In every situation concerning Comeet’s AI Assistant, the content and recruiting suggestions will only be acted upon by human decision; the AI will never make hiring decisions on its own.

When a resume arrives, Comeet automatically creates a candidate profile and emails the first person (usually the recruiter) in the workflow for a preliminary assessment.
